Call center digital transformation

Our recent project, "Call Center Digital Transformation," has successfully saved the company $2 million annually by leading and overseeing a $5 million global 1,200-person contact center strategic program, across three brands. This initiative transformed the delivery from on-site software/hardware to a multi-cloud SaaS solution, and also involved creating a multi-year strategic roadmap and implementing Agile/Scrum methodology for effective program delivery.
